What Needed to Change?

The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body employs over 500 staff across six directorates, all dedicated to supporting the work of The Parliament and its members.

When creating the Training and Development Programme, The Parliament were looking for a reputable and experienced training provider to deliver a fully managed training service to their people in line with their strategic plan.


Bray Leino Learning was commissioned on a four year contract to deliver the fully managed service, covering areas such as the internal induction programme, staff development, management development and IT courses.

There was an important requirement for a large degree of administration support and professional advice in support of the programme to provide added value. Bray Leino Learning provided this support, including training needs analyses, advisory clinics, evaluation and management reporting for all programmes delivered.
