Bray Leino Learning recently undertook a successful Investors in People (IIP) assessment, maintaining their accreditation since its introduction to the company in 2006.

As a learning and development organisation that proudly practices what we preach, the IIP accreditation is testament to the hard work, dedication and passion for improvement the entire team adopts every day.

The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people. Originally developed in the early 90’s, it is a prestigious accreditation, recognised across the world as a mark of excellence.

The Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people; something we at Bray Leino Learning encourage both internally and for all of our clients.

Carolyn Hooker, IIP Assessor said: “There is a very positive, aspirational atmosphere in the company where everyone is really keen on continuous improvement and personal learning.”

With our people at the heart of our company, it has always been important for us to communicate and practice our core values. We are a company that embraces change. Not only encourage you to just be ready for change when it’s unavoidable, but to steal a march on change. Turn it into a great big good thing.

“Everyone appears to be really client focussed and excited about change.”

We are extremely proud of our continued IIP success and look forward to continuously improving as we move towards our next assessment.

“There is no shortage of creation of on-the-job development opportunities as this is a learning company which practices what it believes in!”
