At Bray Leino Learning, we are proud ambassadors for Towards Maturity, so when they asked us to help design an infographic for their 2018 Learning Benchmark Report, The Transformation Curve, we jumped at the chance!

The Transformation Curve is suggested to be the most significant Towards Maturity report since the research began. The report defines a series of transformation curves in four distinct stages signposting the journey that organisations take as they move towards organisational learning maturity. We’re delighted to be a part of this report, having designed an infographic which showcases the following stages:

Stage 1 – Optimising training
Stage 2 – Taking control
Stage 3 – Letting go
Stage 4 – Sharing responsibility
