Next week is National Learning at Work Week, and as learning and development professionals we are excited about the opportunities that coincide with this awareness week to put the spotlight on learning in the workplace.
Started in 1999 (initially as Learning at Work Day) by the Campaign for Learning, it promotes an inclusive approach and supports the extension of opportunities to learn to all employees.
At Bray Leino we are extremely passionate about the development of our people (it’s very true that we practice what we preach), and the benefits it brings to an organisation. Because of this we are running personal development workshops across our Devon and Bristol offices, encouraging all of our employees to create their personal brand.
