Bray Leino Learning recently undertook a successful Investors in People (IIP) assessment, maintaining their accreditation since its introduction to the company in 2006.
As a learning and development organisation that proudly practices what we preach, the IIP accreditation is testament to the hard work, dedication and passion for improvement the entire team adopts every day.
The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people. Originally developed in the early 90’s, it is a prestigious accreditation, recognised across the world as a mark of excellence.
The Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people; something we at Bray Leino Learning encourage both internally and for all of our clients.
